Companies that prioritize pay parity see increased productivity, better employee engagement, and lower turnover. And while most companies want to eliminate pay inequity, it is difficult to know where to start.
In the fall of 2020, Unbounce rallied peers to take action on closing the pay gap. During this event, Unbounce will share what they learned on their journey to #PayUpForProgress. Leslie Colin, VP of People & Culture at Unbounce, will be delivering a presentation, then joined by fellow leaders in the space for a panel discussion. Together they will discuss actionable steps for product professionals to drive change within their own organizations.
This event strives to empower product people—regardless of job rank or level of influence—with the tools and knowledge required to understand how pay inequity shows up in organizations and how you can be part of progress. Join us to amplify the impact of this important project.
